I saw this a few years ago where a fanatic stage crasher runs on stage. He was running towards Mick Jagger and Keith Richards tackles him with his guitar. I know it's not really funny but it is a bit funny that after the man was removed, Richards casually throws the guitar back on and resumes playing as if nothing happened :pac:

Comedian Tommy Cooper tragically collapsed on stage and the audience thought it was part of the act. He died of a heart attack.

Others I recall are Jarvis Cocker mooning in protest against Michael Jackson at the 1996 Brit Awards and Kanye West's "I'mma let you finish" outburst at the 2009 VMAs.

Also Jennifer Lawrence falling up the stairway at the 2013 Oscars and during Angelina Jolie's acceptance speech in 2000, she told the audience "I'm so in love with my brother right now"! This was after passionately kissing him on the red carpet earlier

Any other onstage events you can remember where someting tragic, bizarre or funny happened? Or any memorable gimmicks, mistakes or accidents that happened on stage?

A tragic stage mishap would have to be the Station nightclub disaster in 2003.

The band Great White were playing the club and set off pyro as they commenced their set, unfortunately it ignited the stages sound proofing and fire quickly ravaged the building leading to the loss of many lives.

A fan jumped on stage at a Tool concert & the lead singer James Keenan Maynard took him down with a Ju Jitsu move put him in a choke hold while carrying on singing then turned him over facing face down & sat on him while the song carried on.

Here's another one with Bowie and Tina Turner. At 2:09 he says something to her which you can lip read and then at around 2:50, a fan jumps on stage and hugs/drags Bowie. They handle it really well.
