Center Speaker in Ceiling

I am looking at installing a 5.1 or 7.1 home cinema setup.
The projector screen is installed and drops outo of ceiling.
It travels down in front of fireplace (which is not used).
The screen is not accoustically transparent.
What is the best way to position the center speaker.

Center speaker should always be either just below or just above the display.  The center is the primary channel for voice/speech whereas remaining speaker channels are for surround.
search 5.1 or 7.1 speaker placement..
