    Hello Everyone,

I was generally glad customer in last 4 or 5 years customer of their hub Wimax Imagine.
On December 2016 I got letter from Imagine that service is no longer provide in my area.
I contacted with customer service for some details their tried to offer me some other provider but it was double price which I pay before so after got confirmation that all bills are paid up to day I thought that our contract is gone.

Surprisingly today (after two months) I got another letter where I was inform with suggestion that I decided to cancel my contract and I must return old hub (which I used last 5 years) to them imediately, with kind of blackmail that I will be charged with extra cost. WTF?

OK- I thought- I was great customer a few years so maybe I should call to them to ask
whats going on, and it was just shame what I heard: Its nothing wrong in letters, for them is natural to collect "rented" hubs, doesnt matter that two months ago (in december) by phone nobody asked me (or informed me) if I have or not this hub.

My luck that still keep this one. Anyway in my private opinion small things but damage reputation of this company. Im no longer of customer for them so at last they still try to get some money for me in tricky way.
Shame of you Imagine... and never again!
