Water hammer/ vibration issue

Shower booster pump replaced 2 months ago...last week began to get water hammer type sound occasionally from the TCV valve on the flow to cylinder coil. Stopped noise by opening or closing slightly.

The TCV is the only control on the water to coil from boiler as in there is no independent control from the boiler for hot water. I found that if I turn the TCV down to 3 for example, Some rads don't heat

There is no by-pass before this valve just a tee off to an expansion vessel.

is this my problem with the water hammer/vibration? and also why the adjusting of this valve affects some of the rads

    Help/advice appreciated
