Hi all,
My family and I are currently living in Dublin and strongly considering a move to Carrick on Shannon. My husband is from Leitrim (up south) and Carrick has always been a place both of us have loved. We're getting sick of the rat race to be honest and looking for a better quality of life and reducing our mortgage costs. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any nice estates, 4 bed semi-detached or detached within close distance to the town. We were looking at Glenpatrick and was wondering if anyone had any info on this estate? Which estates would we be best to avoid in regards to flooding etc. Also what are the schools like? I have a 9 and 7 year old.
