will this skirt suit me?

I'm looking at buying a new skirt. My collection of skirts is limited because I only really got into wearing them last year.

I'm a size 18-20 and apple shape. I find skater skirts or A-line skirts suit me best. As for length, to the knee is best. I'm 5.ft 4 so a skirt about 18/19 inches in length is the best for me.

So I'm looking at a new skirt on the next.ie site. It doesn't say what shape or style this is.

Do you think would this suit me.

I find next clothes are great.

I'll stick in an order tonight. There's another skirt there that I like but I think this one I'm drawn to more.

    Why can't you wear skirts?

It took me a long time to get comfortable wearing skirts. There would be some styles I wouldn't go for at all though in a skirt due to my large size.

This is the other skirt that I'm looking at over at next. I like them both and now I can't choose between them. Originally I though the black is out because it has a lining. I have a skirt like this already at home but it's black cotton.

I ordered it last night and it's just after arriving by courier. I love it. Happy days.

I don't wear heels either. I'll take a picture of my 2 pairs of shoes for going out/fancy wear and stick them them up here for you. They would be fairly flat and I must admit I do feel slightly frumpy but fcuk it, I couldn't give a rats ass. Comfort over style for me.

Not long doing the internet dating so it's great to dress in something more feminine instead of my usual attire of pants and top.

I think you are right. I might go in for a second skirt. While it's there.

Also, to add, I love next. I'm off to take pictures of my shoes for you.

I provided two pairs of shoes here that are fairly flat. A small little bit of a heel or a wedge in both. The maroon ones are the most comfortable. Both from oxendales. Just in case you are looking for inspiration.
