Can't figure out how to print my TCC from the myAccount website

    Most likely a stupid question - I've prepared my tax credit certificate on Revenue's myAccount service. If I click "Manage your tax 2017" on the first page it takes me to a page that looks like this (link) with all my information.

    But I need a way to actually get a printable TCC out of this... This page even claims you can. (link) "You can also print a copy of your TCC."

    I figure the "View my tax credit certificate" link has to be the button, but all it does is refresh the page. Am I missing something obvious?

    You need to go into PAYE anytime on the front page of my account and go to your requests history. The tax credit cert will be there. It's not ideal really. That's where I got mine anyway.

    thanks so much, never would have thought to check there. it's bizarre that it's hidden away inside what's essentially an entirely different application.
