    Hi all
About the spccc tax credit I'm on good terms with ex wife
Mother of my two kids now she was allocated the spccc
for 2015 and 2016 but she was only working ten hours a week and
    and getting FIS also
she only earned 3100 for 2015 and 4200 for 2016 so is it possible
that I could claim the spccc for both years as the wages she earned
doesn't seem a lot any help on this would
    be great thanks

Your ex wife can relinquish the credit to you, provided that the children reside for 100 or more days in the year with you. Reside in this context means spend the greater part of the day.

As far as I know, your ex wife must meet the conditions of the credit herself to relinquish it to you.

We meet all the conditions but she worked and earned very small wages as above does that mean she used the spccc tax credit thanks

She can give it. Her earnings are so low that she wouldn't have benefited from her. Theres a form she ahs to fill out so that she can relinquish it.
