Doggy Day Care Dublin 8

So I have just gotten a puppy. I'm currently bringing him to work but don't know how long I can do that for. Anyone know of a doggy day care around the Dublin 8 (Inchicore) area? Or somewhere that would come and collect the doggy from the house and drop him home later? I just think it could be better for him in the long term.

Definitely leaving a puppy alone all day is NOT a good idea. Could you come home for lunch? If your job allows you to bring a puppy to work - lucky you! lucky workmates!! - maybe when hes grown you can bring him to sleep in his bed under your desk?! In any case, I have no advice for you, except to say, google "dog daycare dublin" - there are tons of places listed, heres a few - some say they will collect dog! I would visit with your puppy and see where you get a good vibe from. Best of luck with your new puppy - what breed?? Im sure there will be Dublin owners with some recommendations - do let us know how you get on?

Thanks a million! Oh no, leaving him at home all day alone is not an option. I have a dog walker lined up which is brilliant but just think that for him to have some stimulantion with other dogs would be better, but maybe so would having work people around. He's a rescue doggy so not sure what breed but his mother was a terrier bug he looks like a tiny Bernese at the mo!! Very cute!

Lucky rescue, sounds like hes definitely found a 5* home - you will be repaid in Karma!! Socialization is critical in the early weeks, so definitely a good idea to try to mingle and mix with other dogs. Best of luck to you both!
