    Do you want to?

Something like sum up could be handy to try first because you don't pay any fixed charges. As far as I know you can't take payment over the phone.

I don't know. It's not something that we overly looked into. Bulk of our transactions are over the limits on most cards, we just needed something for small number of walk in customers.

Stripe. Quite a few here use it already its really straightforward to take payments but it does take about a week before you receive the funds which is pretty slow these days.

Is there such thing as getting something straight away?

In terms of card payments? Next day is as good as it gets realistically.

Yes, as in directly into my bank account. Would that be Stripe you're talking about?

Only way it would go directly from the customers account to your account would be via bank transfer any card payments have to go via the card processor that's their whole reason for existing! Getting payments next day is as good as it gets. Stripe it takes about a week after the customer makes the payment that it is in your bank account.

To your PayPal account not to your actual bank account.

We use paymentsense, with that can take payments over the phone. It was a little bit bumpy to get set up, but it's all fine now.
