Anyone know how I go about making a claim/complaint about an item ordered from Amazon that never showed up?

There seems to be lots of emphasis on the site of how to return items, but no details of how to deal with no-shows.

I assume you checked the tracking if available, make sure you wait for the expected delivery date before contacting them.

To contact them go to the Help scroll to Need More Help?, Contact Us select the order/item, scroll down the drop down select Where's my stuff?, on section 3 select how you will like to contact, I find chat very good.

There's also an option for you to enter your phone number and they will call you back.

I've been on to them to day for a no show. Not a bother about replacing the stuff and sending it out again or giving a refund. Very easy firm to deal with.

I have found them always brilliant to deal with never a problem they really are so easy to deal with. I bought an xbox for my son it just stopped working for no reason after about 10 months. They told me send it back. I didn't even have it posted and the replacement arrived. Games this Xmas didn't arrive the boxes did but no games not a problem they were out in a day. Can't recommend them enough.
