Graduate Assessment Day - Likely Outcome?

I am presently pursuing a grad programme with Kepak, having graduated from a Masters programme in December. I had a telephone interview at the beginning of January (from which I was successful) and now have my assessment day on 3rd March. To be a little more confident in advance of this day, I am wondering if anyone could provide me with any tips or advice.

On the day there will be team assessments, followed by an interview. I am just wondering if anyone can inform me on what I am likely to expect and the usual do's and don'ts associated with this type of programme stage. I know it might be too vague to predict, but just on the off chance I would be appreciative of any info that anybody could provide which would be of guidance to me.

    Thanks.

Team assessments are all about showing you can work as part of a team (I know that sounds obvious) so the main things to focus on are taking everyones view into account, don't boss over everyone but still get your view across, if you think someone else's idea isn't valid, you need to explain why etc. Bring your unique skills to the table. Be as confident and clear as possible, if you don't say anything and just agree, you won't score well.

One to one interviews are easier then the team stuff, focus on your skills and how you've developed them through your undergrad and masters, talk about final year projects, research & thesis if you did one. If you have previous work experience, always focus on what you did to better the company.

They'll ask you why you want to get this job, so have a good answer ready and know lots about the company.

Keep in mind, as a grad programme, they don't expect you have years of experience and to know everything.

Great, thanks for that. Immensely helpful and it's appreciated.
