Puerto Del Carmen in March

    Visiting Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote on the 8th of March until the 12th! I really want to visit a water park while I'm there.. any tips or best places to go? Including restaurants, bars for night time.. staying in the gloria azurro club hotel. Don't wanna miss anything worth seeing/eating/drinking :D

    Haven't been to a water park in quite a while in Lanzarote, but there's one called Aqualava that seems to be very well recommended. It's in Playa Blanca and you can get a bus from PdC.

    If you want one a little closer there's a small one in Rancho Texas which kills two birds with one stone as it has various other attractions too: http://ranchotexaslanzarote.com/en/

    If you want to chew up a full day on an excursion, do the Grand Tour. It covers the highlights of the island including Timanfayna National Park. If you're hiring a car then you can do the highlights at your leisure - the other main things to see are El Golfo, Mirador del Rio (my favourite drive is from Tequise to here) and Jameos del Agua.

    There are bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets so I wouldn't worry about finding something you like, but if you're looking for a specific recommendation let me know!
