Hey guys, I got an email from HR in one of the top firms, she seemed interested in my CV and asked me for an "initial phone call" later this week. The role applied for is a Legal Assistant for a Litigation Dept.

Does anyone have any advise what to prepare/likely questions? I've never done a pre-interview over the phone and am pretty nervous!! Thanks :)

    Firstly congratulations

It depends on the role but it might involve attending court and taking notes, filing in the Central Office, photocopying and preparing briefs, taking notes at meetings etc.

It's interesting work. Best of luck with it.

No idea as to the questions, probably why are you interested in the role and where do you see it progressing for your career.
