Bookmarks menu in landscape mode. How to stop?

    I'm using an iPhone 6s.

    If I'm using Safari, and I turn it to landscape mode, after a few seconds, the bookmarks menu appears to the left.

    Can I stop this from happening?

    I just want the full screen for the Safari web page.

    To hide the sidebar, tap on the Bookmarks icon in the Safari menu bar.
