Moving to Dublin from North America - Apartment Rental Prices

    Hi All,

Wondering if you could give me an insight into property rental prices in Dublin. I'm moving back to Ireland after a few years of living in North America and hoping to secure work in the city center.
Just wondering what my best options are as a single 29 year old professional male and how much rental prices are in Dublin, for lets say a 1 bedroom or else an apartment share or house share? Not sure what most people are doing nowadays or what makes the most sense if I will be working in the city center.

    Any advice greatly appreciated!
    Cheers in advance!

what makes the most sense if I will be working in the city center.
Look at where you'll be working, and the nearest train or luas lines. This will allow you to work out where you can live. <mod snip>

It doesn't matter where you are moving from, accommodation in Dublin is all the same.

Rent on a 1 bed will be very expensive relatively. A house share with 3/4 others will see you getting significantly better value for your money. Daft the place to start.
