Sweating cold water pipe under kitchen sink

So was cleaning out under the kitchen sink and I noticed the main cold water pipe with the stop valve was sweating. The pipe is copper with copper fittings.

The water temp is cold so know the dew temp has potential to cause condensation.

My question is, should the cold inlet pipe be wrapped or insulated to stop the sweating?
