Will this still be an option after the 23rd of March 2017 if the person desires to recieve a paper bill?

    Hi  pjohnson,

Yes there will be,  log into My eir and select 'Paperless billing', 'Paperless billing OFF'. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and click submit. You will then start receiving your bill in the post.

After switching back on paper billing you will continue to be able to view and analyse your billing information online.

    Thanks,
    Pamela
