Summer Accomodation Dublin

So I'll be up in Dublin doing an Internship (in D2) for 3 months over the Summer and I am wondering if anyone has advice on where i could stay. So far I've been looking at Student Accomodation but it seems quite expensive (even for Dublin!). For example Griffith Halls of residence is charging 254euro p/w for a single room (can't post link as newbie). To me this seems a bit expensive though?

    Thanks!

Look for rent a room on daft.ie

Griffith halls are massively over priced and not in the best (or indeed worst) part of Dublin.

    Thanks for the reply!

So I had a look a Daft.ie and it seems a lot more reasonable. The only thing is it looks like it's for people who want to move in immediately. There doesn't seem to be much mention of Summer lets. I'd prefer not to leave it until the last minute. Do you think that's the best thing to do?

See if you can post on any uni notice boards, lots of students who rent in Dublin for college but go home for the summer/ go on J1s etc look to get someone to sublet during the summer months so they can still keep their place for the next term but not pay rent while they won't be in Dublin.
