Divorce Process Questions

    Hi, I have been going through a DIY divorce process over the past few months. My ex has lodged an appearance but not a defence. I have lodged a Notice of Default of Defence to the court and they have given me a court date. I am assuming this is with the county register. My question is, what do I need to send on to my Ex, I assume the Notice of Motion, but anything else? And how soon do I have to send it? Is there a set time to send? There is a pension adjustment also. I have managed to get through the process fine up to now but cannot find any information on how to proceed from now. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
