Hi there,I'm a nurse about to return home from London to Cork after working there as a staff nurse for about a year post qualification.The rent there is ridiculous and I felt I was stuck in a bit of a rat race,but was happy to gain some experience.I know they are crying out for nurses at home but I'm wondering would I be better off working privately as I know conditions in the public side aren't great at the moment with strike action looming.I did some agency work in CUH around Xmas and they seem up the walls there and really short staffed.I know some would say I'm mad to come back working here but the grass isn't always greener on the other side,thanks in advance for any advice,much appreciated.
