Fuse box keeps clicking loudly at night (storage heating)

My fuse box keeps clicking loudly at night just one loud CLICK! wakes me up. We have storage heating I'm pretty certain it's something to do with that. Any advice? There's also a red light on the fuse box then it goes green again. Thanks

Is your meter in the same area? Are you on a night saver package? I'm not certain, but could it be the meter clicking over at night?
