Clicking on Quote does not show the Quote?

Never thought I would have to ask it but clicking on Quote button opens empty window without showing the Quote. Neither does the preview.

Is there any way to have the quoted text appear above so I see how my reply will look?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, this is an issue tied to your post count. Once you hit five posts, you should be able to quote users simply by hitting the Quote button. In the meantime, you can use
    (without the space) and
, inserting the text you'd like to quote between the two commands. If you would like to indicate who you are quoting, use
