It would make it easier for other posters to answer your question if you could state what the scanning percentage was.

Ewes carrying twins in good condition on grass and a month from Lambing, what rate of concentrate would people introduce to them this week? They will probably start getting a bit of good leafy wilted silage from 1st March before housing around 11th.

I've read about .75kg for twins, 1.0 for triplets and .50 for singles but I hear of people feeding singles no meal for an easier lambing

Depends on size of ewe and amount of lambs they're carrying. Rule of thump 200gms protein for twins daily, depends on dm & protein of hay/silage they're getting. Think about 1400 gms dm daily for 70kg ewe, so work protein from forage and work back to find balance

Twins and trips fed from 6 weeks pre lambing going from .6 till 1 over the 6weeks trips separated at 3 weeks upped till 1 from 3 weeks with good silage and mineral buckets.... singles nothing till maybe 2 weeks then just a small bit keep them quiet and for easier counting as don't take quad near them that close till lambing.

What type of mineral buckets would you use?

Crystalx red ones always used them... probably not much difference in them all I'm not sure.
