I'm not sure if 'tandem' is the right word if three or more are involved?

I've noticed in the last while that these three cormorants fish as a team.

I think they try to coral fish into a zone

When falcons etc hunt together it's often referred to as 'co-operative hunting' so I'd say co-operative fishing would be a good term. Fantastic to watch!
