all day news on samsung smart tv

hi we have a samsung smart tv in the office and im looking for a way of getting news playing on it throughout the day. Its not hooked up to anything but we may be able to get a chromecast if it makes things easier. BBC news just gives you a load of articles and short clips, as does euro news. RTE news now might work but…

Ideally sky news or similar, but not sure how to do that without a sky box etc
