Attempted yahoo sign in

For a while now i have been getting emails from yahoo saying that they have yet again prevented a sign in to my yahoo account.Googled the IP address and it turns out that it is Virgin Media http://geoiplookup.net/ip/31.187.49.141 Any ideas anyone the reason for this,cheers.

Still in the dark as that link brings up the dreaded Skimlink page that i get all the time on boards,if you could post the full link i could type and paste off site,cheers.

Thanks for the link,was unbeleavable reading it.How come its Virgin Medias IP address thats showing up as the infiltrator,cheers..
