Use a honda 11hp power washer around the yard but last few days not going well, I mean it would do a 10 minute job for me and when i go back half hour later it wont start, i pull and pull for 20 mins but wont crank up, makes no effort to crank up at all. When you pull start it it does nothing.

all oils are ok, new petrol and carb and filters cleaned.
Strange thing is if I let it sit for 4-5 days it will start then and goes again

    Anyone know about these machines,

    thanks

Coil or the "contacts" on the flywheel are dirty. Open sparkplug then reattach push on connector to it. Ground it on the top of the cylinder and slowly pull pullcord. You should see obvious sparking from spark plug. The fact that she's running intermittently would say the sparkplug is ok. It could also be the low oil sensor or the on off switch being faulty. Well worth bringing to a mechanic. If there's no one local to you who does lawnmower repair any decent hire shop should be able to sort you. Those 11 no Hondas are a pricey engine. Could be up to €1000 retail for one.

Change it anyway, It's only a few euros. If it makes no difference, then you have a spare for again. Spark plugs seem to defy logic sometimes

    It starts grand first thing??

Do a small bit of work....when you stop it then,it won't start again??

Ignition coil breaking down/getting weak when it's hot....I'd be 99% certain....once oils are at correct level and Carb has been cleaned

Just buy a new one. Only bought one for the yard this week myself. They are not overly expensive and good value for money.

a HONDA 11hp power washer "not overly expensive". Are you sure you're talking about a honda engine or just very well off. They don't come cheap I'd be inclined to follow toms advice or have someone who works on those engines to have a look before scrapping it.

+1. It sounds like a triace washer. If it's one of them they're bombproof. I couldn't see how a farm would ever get the end of one.

Depends on your circumstances I suppose.

I've the 13 hp one and I'm sure they are around €3,400 new.

Check the small rubber hose from the tank to the carb. Had symptoms like that on my chainsaw. €5 fix. They get porous when petrol left in them .

Would the petrol be gone off? If you are using old petrol you'd need to clean the carb and get fresh petrol.

I bought a new honda gx200 power washer 6.5 with comet pump before christmas.the second time i used it the was a small leak of oil from the comet pump.i rang the shop who rang the supplier.they said to use it a few more times and it probably will sort itself out.i have used it 4 times since. Each time the base of the comet pump on the power washer has oil on it.any thoughts...,thanks

Get it back for warranty repair.
Next thing is manufacturer won’t cover repair as it’s past the date.

Oil leaks in general Do not get better the more the equipment is used.
