I've searched in the bar & cant find a situation like mine so apologies if ive missed it.

I owe for 2 fines on the M50, knew they were coming, no problem there.

The deadline is tomorrow so I went online this evening to pay the €12 & whatever cents. When I clicked pay, it said there was an error with payment and to start again which I did twice after all with the same result, I've checked my bank & ive been charged €36 by eflow & it's still showing I have an outstanding fine when I log on their site?? What happens now? Is my fine paid & when/will I get refunded or how do I go about it. Thanks

Just email eflow with the details. I had a charge from a road I've never been on. Emailed them and got an email back about 48 hours later advising the charge was removed, which it was.

Email or ring, they'll sort the rest I'm sure

I'm sure eFlow monitor this forum, so you should be good to go.

They are brilliant to deal with to be fair. I'd imagine they will sort out those extra transactions themselves and the system will update in time but just call them when they open. You wont get the computer says no response like you would from some large companies.
