Are there any planning restrictions on the amount or size of velux style rooflights you can have on the on the roof at the rear of a two storey house in a rural location (Galway)?
Have read the design guideline and they dont make any reference to such.

Seems ok to rear but ring the county council and get it in writing!

As long as they are standard velux then you are fine.
If it's those newer velux that open into a balcony, then planning required.

Keep them all to the rear and PP is not required.

There are 3 existing MK04s but want to replace them with PK10s and possibly increase the no to 5.
