Need an accountant to help me with my rental income taxes

I have a small apartment which I have rented out. I'm way negative equity despite buying 10 years ago. Costs me several hundred euro every month to top up the mortgage, then all the other expenses that go on top of that. I have really neglected my taxes though. I was under the radar for a few years but went legit a few years ago. Last year I had to pay €1700 as I clearly did a terrible job myself and did not claim for what I should be entitled to. I was overdue on that and I'm more overdue now but due to personal issues have to get it sorted soon before it becomes a problem. I really need some help from an expert who can help minimize my tax liability by any means possible. Could anyone make any recommendations?

Go to your nearest accountant if you live in a small town, or ring around for quotes from a few if you live in a big town

    Where are you based?
Why is the rent not covering the mortgage considering current rental shortages?

Have you been keeping your receipts for every outlay on the property?
