    Hi there,

    Sorry to post another thread.

Just a query regarding PAYE anytime.

I inputted the details from my p60 online into PAYE anytime on Monday. I then requested a P21..

The request is no longer visible in my pending requests.

However, it is visible in my request history.

On the top border when I select the year 2016 to look at my 2016 credit details etc... it reads the following....Unfortunately we cannot process your request...Please contact PAYE anytime...

Should I be more patient? Are these details inacessible because the p21 is being processed?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes. They are not accessible to prevent you making further changes, until the P21 issues out

My better-half requested a P21 on Monday as well and it shows the exact same status.

For those who have done it electronically before, are you notified via email when it's ready, and is it a simple case then of logging into myAccount/PAYE Anytime to view it?

Yea - still no correspondence today. I think a lot of p60s got dumped this week (public services etc) so will be busty on revenue.

I put in my P60 and applied for tax back on a medical procedure from last year on January 20th and nothing yet! says same thing when I go into my 2016 year! Did get called though to send in my P60 as I was randomly selected. I'm like yes so I know you got it.. now sort my tax out!

Hopefully - we could do with something to lift our spirits in these busy times!

Applied for my P21 on 26th Jan, got notification e-mail on 9th Feb, payment in the bank on the 10th so it is working, just give it a chance.... :)

Give them a chance people, busy time of year payroll wise in the revenue. 5 working days is hardly a travesty

3 days before the deadline for employer returns which need to be filed for for all your employments before Revenue can issue your P21.

Just because you got a P60 doesn't mean that your employer had filed the return at that stage.

As a student can you claim PRSI or USC back

PRSI no. USC only if you paid too much.

Being a student is utterly irrelevant when it comes to tax.

    Yet people think it matters.

You can claim income tax back if your income is below the limits.

i got the same message after i applied for health expense claim - turns out i've now been selected for "random verification" checks so be mindful that may be the reason your showing an error message!

Your employer end of year has to process in Revenue so it takes a while for refunds to be available

I have received no correspondence from revenue but checked my bank account and a refund was lodged today.
