Looking For Designer

    Hi,
    I'm, looking to get a system designed and built for a specific application.
    The application will consist of:
    Infrared or laser detectors
    Output screen
    (probably) radio to communicate with second (identical) unit within about 200m
    3G or 4G connectivity for remote communication (send and receive for control purposes)
    There is a possibility of having fixed wire internet connectivity available
    An Arduino or similar may be able to do this but not with me programming it!
