    Hi,

I'm seriously considering doing a part-time course at the institute of Blanchardstown in mechatronics(higher certificate)..does anyone have any info or experience on this course(beyond whats listed online) and jobs prospects after it?

    All info appreciated :)

I trained in a very similar course about 15 years ago.

It looks like a fairly decent course and should give you a fairly broad engineering education.

I went on and did the diploma and did the degree a few years later.

For job prospects, I have rarely been out of work, pay is decent depending on the job though and have done a fair bit of travelling too.
