    Hows it going lads,
With the recent cases of bird flu both here and in the UK is anyone thinking of releasing adult birds imported from the UK shoots (if there is not a ban) or the shoots over here? I might give it a miss this year but still haven't made up my mind fully.
    Cheers

You'd be mad to buy in birds from England this year. The risk is too high.

I'd agree with Cavan Shooter 100%.

We normally buy fully grown birds from a shoot in Northern Ireland.

Won't be buying any this year, even though there is no ban in place yet.

All it takes is "Mrs Murphy's" chickens to get a case of birdflu and the "released birds" will be blamed.
Then, shooting gone for ever !!
