We bought while ago new build house which has Dimplex heat pump heating system. Recently I noticed something is wrong with heating on first floor. When temperature is near (~ -0.2c) to temperature set on computer weird things happening. Electro valve (detached pro) would go on and off frequently ( sometimes 10 times in one minute) which would lead to water pump running alone with it. It may be heard clicking noise coming from water pump as it turn on and off along with valve. At that time radiators could be cold or barely warm. Heat pump most of the time is off. Only sometimes from time to time would run for 1 min and would go off again. Whole process would last until temperature fall below and heating would be back on. IF temperature is way above set whole system is off.
Heating on ground floor works fine I think. Valve is on when when heating is on and would remain untill computer reached set temperature. Has anyone have an idea what is wrong. Got a few picture and video of valve in action.
