    Hi folks,

Not sure if this is the correct thread for this - looking for a cost estimate from someone in the know - we've been looking into house builds, purchasing second hand etc.

One we like has some worn timber flooring in the hallway and another section of different room. Dimensions would be 3.10m x 2.5m approx, and 4m x 4.9m approx. Anyone able to give an approx estimate on cost of replacing the existing timber with new? I know there are some variables like type of timber etc, but a ball park average figure will do. Just want to factor in this cost if we make an offer. Cheers! Much appreciated. PM me if necessary.

    Thanks
