Hi, Just got a quote for removing current suspended timber floor in our spare room, replacing it with a concrete floor. This includes DPM etc. Room is roughly 2m x 3m. Then removing and replacing plasterboard in the hallway, roughly 4m x 2m section all in all. Install 4 roof vent tiles. €5540 plus VAT.

this seems quite high yes i have done a similar job for 35% less last month without the roof tile replacements
