    Hello everyone,

I was on JSA as moved home from abroad last year . I've been a professional sports person where I compete nationally. picking up cheques as i go. Make some money/ loose some money with petrol, B&B, competiton entries. one month up next maybe down.

I've been investigated and JSA stopped pending providing propper assessment. I've given the officer all my bank statements and information about my earnings/expenses. However I've not declared myself to revenue as self employed so cant give them a tax thing P60 or P35 is it. and its too late I've been told

I'm at a loss as what to do or provide for my appeal?? i've already asked accountants, investigators office. other welfare officers & all saying differently.
any CORRECT advice would be most appreciated. x

Eh, I've spoken to those in welfare office and says thats the case. But just recently spoke to accountant and says can be done.......tried to do it on ROS//////not a clue..... im just soooooo confused. I think a talk with citizen advice office might be best case. I've provided bank statements and everything i could have. I'm late 20s living at home with a banger of a car running what lil savings down currently...stressing me out just. thanks rubberchicken 4 reply

I'd suggest a tax accountant is your best bet.
