Have you got drawings?
Will the engineer need to supply structural drawings also?

€2.5k based on Engineers on job at the moment in D11.

Yes.
Structural design.
Supervision.
Certs of compliance with building and planning on completion.
PSCS if required.

It assumes you don't need assigned Certifier roles, and you have an architectural plan of finishes etc, as they will not specify finishes, colours or window styles etc
