My friend had my laptop for an hour and was downloading something, think it was office but now theres some advertising running in the background somewhere and i dont know where it is. Its just a continuous ad with someones voice. Its got to the stage i have muted it because its doing my head in. Im also getting a voice…

My friend had my laptop for an hour and was downloading something, think it was office but now theres some advertising running in the background somewhere and i dont know where it is. Its just a continuous ad with someones voice. Its got to the stage i have muted it because its doing my head in. Im also getting a voice saying that i need to contact microsoft this phone number because i have a virus in my spyware. its saying my passwords and credit card details arent secure and are getting passed onto a third party.

Anyone know what i need to do next!
