Anyone got RTE Player working on Enigma 2 ?

    Id like to be able to watch the RTE Player content on my TV but my Panasonic TV does not have the RTE Player in the apps section or theres no option to install it. So the next best option for me would be to have it on my Vu+ Duo2 (OpenViX 4.2.029). After a bit of searching around I found a Plugin here : http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056847041&page=10 . Great, exactly what I was after. So Ive downloaded "RTE Player Plugin 2017.zip" from post 145 and set it up. I can access it through the Plugins menu and browse through all the RTE Player content . But when I select something to watch all i get is the spinning "VIX" at the top left of the screen. And the only way back is to hold the stand-by button on the remote until the box reboots. So it seems that Ive found exactly what Ive been looking for but if i try to play a stream the box locks up. Anyone got this Plugin working?

    Thats the one Im using and having the trouble with. Are you running OpenVix on your Solo? If so what version?

    I'm having problems with the linked plugin as well on my Edision OS Mini running Openvix. The plugin loads up but when I try to play a programme I get the same issues as John C, the Vix symbol just spinning in the corner. Anyone have a fix?

    Vix 4.2.023 (release) on a xtrend et8500

    Vix 4.2.023 (release) on the vu + solo. Both perfect.

    However I removed the on demand plugin all together and ftp the above file into the extensions folder. I have rte player as a stand alone plugin if you get my drift.
