Hi,

We currently own a .ie domain that is hosted by blacknight. However, the hosting was organised by a third party. This is complicating things and slowing things down as the third party isn't responsive to requests for new email addresses and the like, and the relationship is breaking down.

Could you advise please on how to go about taking back ownership of the domain and hosting ourselves?
