    Does anyone know if you sign up to tradesmen.ie as in my husband wants to join it and says he could get jobs from it, he is a painter, do people use it, how does it work, am I being sceptical about it, thanks

    I've used it lots of times.
    Very good site, your husband should get work from it

    Not sure how you sign up a tradesman however, but I'm sure it's all explained on their website

    You need 5 references + proof of insurance + pay the 66e registration fee + tax clearance + pay individually for each 'lead'. If I had known it was this much trouble I wouldn't have bothered my barney creating the account
