Cycling Ireland Expiry Date

I renewed my licence this morning and got a confirmation email with the details but it says the expiry date is 14/02/2018. I always thought it ran 1st Jan to 31st December? Have they changed it to 12 months from take up date now?

Leisure licenses are rolling 12 months from application/issue from last year
