calor gas in Cavan

Hi, we are considering moving to Swellan in Cavan. The only option for heating is Calor Gas. Don't know much about the company but the only coments I could find on the internet are very very bad. Is there anyone living in the area? Could you tell me how much is a monthly bill, roughly.

If you are buying there, instead of renting, its been quite common for owners to disconnect the Calor and put in an oil tank and burner instead.

Calor is an absolute rip off. We rarely use our heat and use an electric blow heater, but between all the charges we still end up paying Calor a fortune. Drives me mad.
