hi, I'm looking for a support group, forum or facebook page for parents of children with disabilities who can advise me on what my child's rights are and how much scope/power do they have with enforcing behaviour plans that may not have any benefit to him. Specifically around the area of SSLI and EBD.

    Hi,

There are a number or special needs parents groups on Facebook and their are also groups for the specific difficulties that the child is facing.

https://www.facebook.com/SpecialNeedsParentsAssociation/?fref=ts is the only one that I know offhand.

Some parents have also found that doing the basic SNA level 5 course has helped them too.
