Yoga and or meditation

    Hi,
    Does anyone know where in town (Ardkeen side preferably) would be good for a middle aged bloke to do yoga or meditation. Due to work early morning or seven on would be ideal times.
    Did it years ago and person who held classes no longer does it.
    Note - suitable for a middle aged man!!!! :)

    There's a introduction to yoga class for beginners starting this weekend and running for 7 weeks at that myyoga . Think it's €35 for the seven classes. It's on the Facebook page. Might suit.

    Did a beginner's yoga course in business park near genzyme couple years ago, sound instructor and confirmation yoga is brilliant thing to be doing.
    Middle aged person.

    No it's a half eleven class. Eight is a bit early, even for yoga !

    thats even better. yea it is, the 8am chap invited me a few weeks ago, but it is a bit too early for a sunday!
