Walking boots - repair or replace?

Are these boots (photos attached) worth replacing? They're Meindl leather-lined.

Sole replacement only (upper scoring/cracking irreparable) would cost €100.

Replacement about €220.

Any thoughts?

Replace, definitely. In my limited experience, resoling, unless done by the manufacturer will result in a boot that will not fit quite the same as the original, as you need the original last (foot mould) to do that properly. Also given the cracking across the toe area, I'd have dumped them a long time ago.

Meindl will charge you around €100 to repair them. Got mine done last year.
Get the shop to send them a few photos - they may be able to determine if repair is possible or worthwhile

LSR have quoted the price mentioned for a vibram sole replacement

LSR is where my wife had her boots done a few years ago. They did a good job, but they were never quite the same, fit wise after the resoling.
