Waterpump sound insulation

    Hello,
I am trying a DIY job on low budget. Meaning I can not afford a new pump or water-based pump.
I am trying to reduce the sound generated by a waterpump (fan-based).The pump is sitting on a press-room and its connected to all water release in the house, including toilets. So you can imagine it goes on often.

I used some vibrating pads that reduced vibration by +/-50% and sound reduction by +/- 30%. There is the remaining sound that travels through the room walls and door.
    I though about using:
    1. Acoustic Foam Panel
    2. Acoustic Door Seal
    3. Acoustic drop down seal

The acoustic door drop down seal (I need to check I have space to fit it)

Do you think this might work or its a waste of time and money because it will not be effective, as in general treating sound required more complex solution?

    Many thanks
